Plastic Fantastic

WALT: use a range of strategies to ensure we gain an understanding of a text.

This week for Reading me and my group have been reading about a book called "Plastic Fantastic". In the book I read some interesting facts about how there are a billion people that use plastic bags for shopping, and that also kills animals/sea creatures. Its about how polluted the rivers and how animals are eating the plastic bags,how its bad for them.

Algebra

Me and my class has been doing in our maths class learning about Algebra, algebra is simply the part of mathematics that in letters which are other general symbols and the other represent numbers,and equations.

Can you figure out these word Problems

Well this week we have been Learning how to solve these word problems. How I solved it was easy,I just had to Figure out what the answer was... like for an example if Oscar was selling 2 glasses of milk for every 5 sodas he sold. and he had sold 10 glasses of milk. so How I worked it out was That I had to make 2/5 = 10 right so then 5 x 5 = 25 , now that means the answer is 25.

SpaceX launches world’s most powerful rocket

So in Florida a rocket was gonna take off at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida, Tuesday . On Wednesday in Florida at 9:45am as the (NZ Time) and Launched it. Plus Falcon heavy, The world's most powerful rocket as it launches, as it’s supposed to happen and SpaceX Successfully  launched its first Falcon Heavy. From the beginning the heavy was enable SpaceX was to complete the contracts To Launch the larger spy satellites.

School holidays are Nearly over!

Lately the School holidays have been So much fun Spending time with family & friends... but it's that Time of the Year when you have to go back to School. But this Year I hope when I go back to school there are going to be a lot of different things, Like I'm going to be a year 8 this year and this is my last year of school, an most important I can't wait to see my friends.
