Problem Solving

we are learning to solve maths problems. There are 17 boys in the rugby team and 15 are on the field how many boys are waiting for a turn?

    What an excellent maths problem. I agree with Leathem that the answer is 2 but this is how you'd work out the answer. If there are 17 boys in the rugby team and we take away 15 because they are on the field then that leaves us 2 boys waiting for a turn.

    17 - 15 = 2
